This is a new role, and you will join our growing Global People Team of nine amazing colleagues. You will be based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup. You work closely with the Sr. HR Operations Specialist and give support to the HR VP.
Ambu develops, manufactures, and sells medical devices. Millions of patients and healthcare professionals worldwide depend on the functionality and performance of our innovative life- saving products.
Your Responsibility
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks within HR Operations and you will have a key position in making sure we can support our growing organization. You will be responsible for your own area within HR Operations, but also give support to other functions in HR. We’re on a digital journey in HR, where you will play a part in the success of digitalizing the HR Operation area. It is critical that you will become our Master data superuser and can help support the HR organization with general HR administrative tasks, and in making sure data is always up to date and accurate.
Your main tasks will be:
• Draft standard employment contract and addenda based on templates
• Confirm agreements on maternity leave/leave in general
• Data gathering and report creation upon request and help improving HR data quality
• Prepare onboarding for local foreign hires including processes related to relocation and tax
• Maintain, collect and register Employee data in order to comply to Standard Operation Procedures and prepare for audit from any Authorities – both in hard copy and SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate training sessions and assist with global HR events
• Assist with the annual salary regulation preparation and with the annual bonus payout
Your Background
To succeed in this position, you are service minded and have a passion for details and master both Word and Excel. You have knowledge of Danish Labor Law and collective agreements. You have a relevant education within HR, business administration or legal. Most importantly you are interested in supporting HR Operations in Ambu and give support to our HR Business Partners, managers and employees in a timely manner.
As Ambu is a global company, it is key that you master the English in speech and writing and that you have a global mind-set in relation to both colleagues and business opportunities. For this position, it is also required that you are able to speak Danish fluently.
As a person, you are positive, cooperative, energetic and a self-starter.
