Human Resources Generalist
On behalf of our client, Cityjet, and in a temporary role for 12 to 14 months, we are looking for an independent and detail oriented Human Resources Generalist.
As a Human Resources generalist, based in the office at Copenhagen Airport, you get an important role to solve tasks and provide advice within the areas of Employee Relations, Employee Communications & Engagement, Resource Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Reporting, Analysis and Administration.
Our client CityJet, established in 1993, is a leading regional airline based in Dublin, operating a fleet aircraft on wet lease services across the Continent.

As a Human Resources generalist, based in the office at Copenhagen Airport, you get an important role to solve tasks and provide advice within the areas of Employee Relations, Employee Communications & Engagement, Resource Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Reporting, Analysis and Administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a frontline HR Representative
- Advice, coach and influence Function Managers
- Participating in recruitment and in new starter process
- Written and direct dialog with employees on HR related matters
- Assist and work with management e.g. in budget, planning and report
- Various registrations and updates in Citystream
KEY COMPETENCIES
- 2 – 6 years of experience from a similar position
- Ability to build credibility and to deal with employee issues at all levels
- Good knowledge of Danish Labour law
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Strong communicational skills
- Relevant HR Education
PERSONAL QUALIFICATONS
- ”Can do” attitude
- Teamplayer but able to work independently
- In possession of prioritisations and time management skills
- Flexible regarding working hours
- Willing to travel in Europe
