Maersk Management Consulting (MMC) is the management consultancy of Maersk with offices in Copenhagen and Singapore. Our mission is to generate substantial and lasting improvements for Maersk through strategic support on the highest priorities on Maersk’s agenda while developing exceptional people and future Maersk leaders. As the in-house consultancy team for a company of over 80,000 people, MMC is at the forefront of directing initiatives to facilitate growth and transform the logistics industry through digitalization and decarbonization. Like Maersk, MMC has global coverage and our team of ~45 consultants has executed projects in +50 countries since its establishment in 2012.

Key responsibilities

As an Intern, you will take an active role on our project teams of 3-5 consultants, working on the highest strategic priorities across Maersk.

You will work over a time span of 8-12 weeks with flexible placement throughout the year (except for the month of July).

In your engagement, you will be exposed to senior stakeholders across Maersk, focusing on improving operations and defining future strategies.

You will be
:
• Solving problems in a structured and analytical manner

• Communicating insights and results to senior decision makers

• Developing sustainable and practical solutions to our business challenges.

We are looking for

Final year Bachelor students or Master students with a proven academic track record:

• Excellent academic performer – best in class (top 10% as minimum)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A team-player assuming responsibility and achieving results, independently and as part of a team

• Interviews are planned for March 25th 2022 (subject to change)
• You must be a student and possess a Danish/EU work permit to apply for the intern position.
