We offer


As ServiceNow HR Product Owner you will be responsible for building solutions in ServiceNow HR that will enable employees and managers to easily and effectively find information and connect with HR.

Together with colleagues in Technology, counterparts in business and our People Function (HR) you will ensure the 80.000 users in Maersk have a great experience using our ServiceNow HR platform. By keeping up to date with the evolvement within the platform you will help influence and guide the direction of where Maersk should be developing when it comes to utilizing ServiceNow HR to the fullest.

Key responsibilities


Key responsibilities include:
• Define and drive the implementation of the ServiceNow HR roadmap in close collaboration with business owners and functional leaders in the People Function (HR) and across the business
• Challenge, co-develop, influence and guide HR and business on the opportunities the platform offers and how needs and request can be met
• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories to create product specifications and archi-tecture
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, technical limi-tations, performance and operational
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Advising on the functional implications of technical design-decisions

We are looking for


We are looking for someone with experience in:

• ServiceNow – preferably ServiceNow HR, and preferably as a ServiceNow Product Owner. Prior ex-perience as a ServiceNow solution architect or technical lead role will be a plus
• Workday or similar HR systems
• HR processes and service management
• Delivering in an agile setup
• Driving digital innovation and automation in the Tech people space

And who is characterized by:
• Passionate about using technology to improve business outcomes
• Experience managing complex roadmaps working in collaboration with tech, UX, business and func-tional leaders
• A natural interest in technology, standardization, data management, automation, and optimization of processes
• Understanding user needs and insights with an ability to translate these to digital journeys and user stories, specifically to reduce manual tasks
• Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate complex messages, constructively challenge and guide stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize amongst ideas to maximize value
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and with a require-ment to deliver results
• A robust approach to changes and ability to operate in a dynamic environment
• Being a team-player who always strives to do what is best and right in the greater picture
