The Maersk Technology and Finance People and Organisation agenda’s are exciting, challenging and comprehensive, requiring great and intensive coordination and programme management as well as interaction with various stakeholders within the People Function and the business.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Team Coordinator to join our team, we are focused on achieving our ambitious people and organisation agenda and can offer a great learning opportunity.

An exciting role where you will report directly to the Head of Technology and Finance People Function and have exposure to key work for the Technology and Finance People Strategies.

The Technology and Finance People Function team consists of a number of colleagues in all areas of HR working closely with business leaders. You will therefore have exposure to all areas of the HR work and be able to practice your stakeholder engagement, programme management, analytical and planning skills.

Key responsibilities


As the Team Coordinator you will, amongst other responsibilities, be a key player in supporting the Head of Technology and Finance People Function on planning his schedule and leading the team in developing and executing on the People Strategies.

• Be responsible for Programme Management of the People Strategy roadmaps for Technology and Finance

• Supporting the development and communication of progress reports

• Act as the data quality leader across the team and with people managers in Technology and Finance

• Support People Function team on project and process deployment and ad hoc tasks.

We are looking for


The ideal candidate for this role has experience from a similar role – alternatively you can be a fresh graduate with a passion for HR and business transformation.

Experience with Executive Assistant and Team coordinator work is a plus.

Most importantly you are a proficient administrator with a strong eye for details, have very good organizational and analytical skills and have a willingness to learn new things.

Furthermore you:

• A great planner and the use of data

• Have strong project management skills

• Have good command of English both spoken and written, especially business English

You have a high level of initiative and teamwork as well as situation-appropriate communication behaviour.

You have a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work - all at the same time.

You are at ease in managing multiple and changing priorities and stakeholders and can keep a good overview even during busy periods.
