We are looking for an energetic, process- oriented, well structured and people-liking Group Payroll & HR Admin Consultant to join the Group People Center of Excellence in our Copenhagen office to play a central role in delivering high class HR support to an organisation in growth.

THE ROLE
As Group Payroll & HR Admin Consultant you will join the Group People Center of Excellence team in our Headquarter in Copenhagen. Your key objective will be, together with the rest of the Group People Center of Excellence team, to make sure that we always deliver best in class HR support to the organisation - for your role in particular this will be done by being on of the System administrators in our new Sage People HR system as well as handling Payroll in and outside of Denmark.
You will have both dedicated tasks and projects that you will own and handle end to end, but you will also be involved in larger projects working closely together with other members of the Group People & Culture team.

EXAMPLES OF TASKS
- Technical support with inquiries regarding Sage People HR system as System Admin
- Part of a team being responsible for payroll in Denmark and responsible for running the payroll in some of our entities outside of Denmark, i.e. Portugal
- Responsible for our Global employment system, adding countries, new employees, input for payroll.
- Updating internal databases and admin systems to be up-to-date with employee information
- Support HR admin related tasks to the employee lifecycle - draft contracts, onboarding, offboarding, practical tasks around employee development - prepare documents, set up meetings etc.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. SOPs, GDPR policies etc.
THIS CAN BE YOU
If you recognise yourself in most of the below you might just be the one we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years experience from a similar position, with a focus on HR Systems and payroll.
- A well structured approach to work, you are the one who usually finds yourself helping others getting structure in order to work more efficiently
- Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges
- Process oriented and won't be satisfied if the methodology is inefficient
- Enjoy working with people and having daily contact with people from different cultures
- Enjoys working independently as well as value the process of establishing and fostering employee relations
- Familiarity with labor laws
- Have a natural flair for being a reliable, proactive and a supportive team member
- Good organisational and time management skills
