What we need


As our Global Talent Partner. You are a hunter of talent and enjoy finding the best talent out there, you develop deep partnerships with your business stakeholders, your peers and with our wider People team and you like learning, challenging yourself and growing. Your business acumen, passion for recruiting and a genuine commitment for thinking outside the box are core skills needed to succeed in this role. Comfortable recruiting across Europe round off your profile, and you use data to create and influence strategies to find and hire the talent responsible for accelerating our success to make the internet accessible for all.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews, you are the CEO of finding amazing talent
  • Build a strong employer brand and attracting both the obvious talents as well as the more covert talents (what we call whispering talents)
  • Dedicated Talent Partner for our innovation and technology roles throughout Europe, high focus in our Copenhagen and London locations
  • Actively using data to shape how you work by knowing how to assess and measure your candidate funnels as well as preparing reporting for your Hiring teams
  • consistently source and look at opportunities with both passive and active candidates through various channels and activities
  • Advocating for and driving a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy
  • Conducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills necessary to be successful in the Siteimprove environment
  • Focusing on providing a Best-in-Class candidate experience at every opportunity
  • Providing training and guidance to Hiring Managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and candidate assessments
  • Working cross-functionally with different Talent Partners, HR Business Partners and People teams globally, with a heavy focus in Europe
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience


  • Previous 360 recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, preferably recruiting for skilled technology roles and other corporate functions
  • A demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing and hiring talent to scale
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, taking lead on assessing talent needs and setting hiring plans
  • Experience creating reporting leveraging Excel or other tools
  • Comfortable with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Digitally savvy ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
  • Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment where things change very quickly
  • The ability to adapt to constantly changing/fluctuating targets and business needs
  • Skills in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and another Nordic language

  • This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from both the office and home.
  • Travel will be required up to 0-25% of the time
