The success rests on our ability to become agile, accelerate data integration for our customers, modernise our technology, drive efficiencies through automation and deliver outcomes to customers and colleagues more effectively, rapidly,and efficiently.As a Global HR Business Partner for the Business Digital Platforms Organisation, you will join our Headquarters Ocean and Logistics HR leadership team and partner with Business Platforms leaders who are spearheading the Digital Platforms transformation. You will have a unique opportunity to strengthen our global business by ensuring the right people agenda (organization design and culture, workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, M&A integration etc); coach and challenge high-performing leaders, utilising your strong grasp of engagement, organisational development, change management, rewards and performance, talent management and leadership development.
Responsibilities•Act as a reliable, stimulating partner to senior leaders and partner on the design on the strategic global agenda for achieving business results. •Drive a strategic and forward-looking agenda for talent attraction and growth across businesses.•Foster a culture of high performance, efficiency and accountability among both leaders and teams through a clear vision, trust,and teamwork.•Implement a best-in-class HR Operating model, leveraging standard frameworks to deliver on engagement, performance management, talent management and rewards.•Leverage HR Analytics and design frameworks, thereby creating a data-driven ecosystem and approach to solve problems•Participate in global HR initiatives and projects, ensuring that the people perspective and agenda are woven into our strategy.•Act as an ambassador for our employees and commit to ensuring the delivery of an exceptional employee experience.What you bring•15+ years’ experience in a strategic HR position in global & digital native ecosystems, setting and driving a strategic people agenda with a global scope and impact.•Experience with HR Analytics, Organization Development & Design•Ability to influence senior stakeholders, conceptualizing and shaping strategies, challenging perceptions,and expanding POV, weaving the people agenda into strategies and ensure buy-in. •Proactivity and collaboration to create a cohesive HQ-Global community, cross-cultural awareness,and respect necessary for thriving within an international working environment. •Resilience and maturity in dealing with ambiguity and delivering results in challenging environments. •A passion for developing and coaching others to grow talent for the organization as a people leader. •Experience with Tech & Digital Product companies, in agile settings, is preferred.Builds, leads and develops the HR organisation in a region or large
global function to deliver against BU and HR strategies. Leads execution
of HR Strategy by facilitation and provides expert advice to senior
management.
Leads the HR organisation to deliver optimised HR partnering and
services to support business strategies.
