In order to support our growing own controlled Air Offering, we are looking for a new colleague in our Air Category Management team, with the ability to adapt and be proactive on this new and exciting journey.

We are looking for an Assistant Category Manager to join our international team. As Assistant Category Manager for Crewing, you will work closely with stakeholders to establish crew related contracts.
Key responsibilities
As Assistant Category Manager for Crewing your area of responsibility includes:
- Act as a single point of contact for all crew related agreements (Recruitment, Training, Uniforms, …)Execute tender strategy, negotiations, contracting and contract management for all crewing related contracts
- Ensure that the right crewing agreements are in place for the Entry Into Service of our new 777F aircraft and for the continued operation of our 767 aircraft
- Provide transparency for all crew related spend
- Support the negotiations with pilot unions
- Deliver category specific inputs to Air Asset Category Playbook
- Develop and implement relevant processes enabling category standardization and scalability
- Manage key stakeholder both internally and with external partners.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years’ experience with focus on Procurement, HR or Airline operations - Category Management experience is an advantage.
You have excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
Furthermore you:
- Have the ability to adapt approach and communication to audience
- Have the ability to exercise impact without direct authority
- Are a self-starter, with the ability to constructively challenge the status quo
- Have excellent written and verbal communicator in English.
