ADNAMI is growing massively, which means that we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our lovely and well established team at our HQ in central Copenhagen.
You will be working in close collaboration with the management team and have the ability to shape, take ownership and drive an exciting hiring, attraction and onboarding strategy.

ADNAMI is a Danish-born fast paced scale-up within the advertising technology industry. We launched in Copenhagen in 2017 and today we also have offices in Stockholm, London, Hamburg and Paris but service customers all over the world. We have become a trusted go-to solution for both publishers, media agencies and advertisers such as BMW, IKEA and Heineken and 1000+ others when running digital high impact advertising campaigns.
We have plans to annually double our revenue over the next 3 years, and with ambitious growth targets comes a requirement for hiring exceptional talent to make this a reality. We are therefore looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at our HQ in Copenhagen to support the expansion of ADNAMI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take a holistic approach to talent acquisition; including sourcing, reviewing and interviewing candidates
- Assist in search and assessment of senior hires
- Manage recruitment pipelines and processes to smoothen our recruitment process
- Conduct follow-up with managers to improve effectiveness of recruitment
- Onboarding of new team members
- Source, research and recommend new channels for recruiting
- Source and manage external recruitment partners when/if needed in local markets
- Support management with everyday HR initiatives to ensure and improve staff satisfaction, development and overall company culture
YOUR PROFILE
We believe you have a few years of experience from working with the whole recruitment cycle and are now ready to take the next step in your career. You are a people person, passionate about the profession being motivated by hiring and onboarding new team members.
- +2 years experience as a recruiter, preferably in-house at a fast-paced scale-up
- Experience from within adTech, martech, media or the agency world is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple open positions at once
- Fluent (speaking and writing) in English
- A passion for building teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree within business, HR or similar
