Are you passionate about people operations and looking to kickstart your career as a People Coordinator? What will your day look like?

As a People Coordinator, you will support the People Operations team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in helping achieve our overall goal of organizing and further streamlining our people processes - ensuring consistency and collaboration across the organization.

A primary focus involves taking ownership of our contracts, freelance agreements and local benefits, making sure our documents and templates are always accurate and up to date. This includes driving the contract creation and signing phase, as well as ensuring that we collect and store everything correctly and in a timely manner. In addition, you will be dealing with administrative tasks, answering questions and inquiries from the wider organization.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Assisting in the effective management and organization of people operations across our locations – ensuring consistency and alignment
  • Taking ownership of our contracts, freelance agreements and other employment-related material such as local benefits, offer letters, references, etc.
  • Being at the forefront in terms of updates to templates and country-specific changes to material
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Adobe Sign, supporting its effective utilization throughout the organization
  • Providing support and guidance on people and HR-related requests and inquiries from the wider organization
  • Researching best practice and proactive problem-solving
  • Stakeholder management and ad hoc coordination.

Who you are going to work with?

You will become part of a close-knit People Operations team of three. We are based in our headquarters in Copenhagen and collaborate with the wider organization across our 14 locations – from Toronto to Bangkok.

We are currently building out the people operations function within Wunderman Thompson MAP, meaning there is plenty of opportunity for you to influence our ways of working, and for you to grow and develop your skills. What you bring to the table?

To excel in this role and because you will be dealing with contracts, it is crucial that you are detail oriented and extremely thorough. You enjoy administrative tasks, whilst your analytical mindset and curiosity enables you to research inquiries, problem-solve and eye out room for improvements.

You are highly organized, proactive and good at prioritizing by switching between urgent matters and more long-term projects. Because we are a growing and global team, it is also essential that you enjoy building relationships and collaborating with teams across locations and cultures.

In other words, you have:

  • A relevant educational background. It could be a bachelor’s or master’s degree within business administration or similar
  • Experience with administrative tasks is a must. Additional experience with coordination, people operations, human resource management or similar is a big plus
  • A very strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering work of high quality
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with confidential information
  • Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to research and learn as you go
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
