Our client

For a company in the centre of Copenhagen, we are looking for this profile. It is quite a lively company with many social events. The company is within design and construction, and is the Danish branche of a huge global covering company. In Denmark about 75 employees. The HR Team is on 8 full-time HR Specialists and a Head of HR.

A great entry-level position for those looking to start up in HR.

Job Description

With direct reference to the HR Chief: Duties and Responsibilities Answers and directs departmental phone calls; Receives and distributes office mail; Schedules and organizes appointments; take minutes during departmental meetings; Proofreads and types documents and correspondence produced by the department; The process required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters; May assist with the preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports; Prepares purchase orders for the human resource office; Responsible for the lunch setup and the reception, and other social activities. Performs other related duties as assigned.

For the sake of good order, a monthly salary of between Dkr 35.000 and Dkr 40,000 is given, working 37 hours per week. Monday to Friday. excluding lunch. Competencies, knowledge and skills Excellent organizational competencies and attention to detail; Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures; Ability to operate general office equipment; Excellent written and verbal communication competencies; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; Ability to maintain confidential information.
