As our new Recruitment Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the continued growth of our organisation. You will work closely with the remaining recruitment team, hiring managers and the broader organisation across departments, locations and teams. You will help us drive recruitment processes, but you will also spend a lot of time managing and taking ownership of our pre- and onboarding program as well as our relocation and work permit offerings – all to ensure that our new employees are welcomed properly. In addition, you will take an active part in continuously optimizing and developing our internal structures and processes. More specifically, your tasks will include:

We are a team of seven people, six of us are based out of Copenhagen and one of us is located in London. As a team, we work closely together to help our different departments and locations find and onboard the right talent. We like to have fun while being busy, and we always go the extra mile to help each other. Wunderman Thompson MAP is a flat organisation that loves growing the talents of our people, and many of our people have been at the agency a decade or longer.
Your work will depend on collaboration with the broader organisation, which means that you will get to collaborate closely with experts and professionals from our other offices in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Canada and Thailand.
As a person, you are proactive and structured with a great passion for people. You have an interest in working in a growing, fast-paced and multicultural organisation, where kindness and a willingness to challenge yourself is highly valued. You are very organized and great at following through on projects to make sure that no tasks or candidates are left behind. You are service-minded and enjoy dealing with many people at the same time.
Maybe you have some recruitment experience, or experience from an HR-related field with a wish to broaden your horizons. A familiarity with pre- and onboarding processes is also a plus, but not a must.
It does not matter if you have 1 year or 3 years of experience. What matters is that you have a curious attitude, a willingness to learn and a team-player approach to your work. In other words, you have:

What will your day look like?
As our new Recruitment Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the continued growth of our organisation. You will work closely with the remaining recruitment team, hiring managers and the broader organisation across departments, locations and teams. You will help us drive recruitment processes, but you will also spend a lot of time managing and taking ownership of our pre- and onboarding program as well as our relocation and work permit offerings – all to ensure that our new employees are welcomed properly. In addition, you will take an active part in continuously optimizing and developing our internal structures and processes. More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Recruiting new employees, whilst always ensuring a top-quality candidate experience and updating the systems we use to manage our recruitment processes
- Managing our daily pre- and onboarding operations
- Developing and driving the continued optimization of our pre- and onboarding processes
- Creating, handling and keeping track of our employment contracts
- Taking ownership of our relocation and work permit processes
- Participating in meetings with hiring managers to help define recruitment requirements and translating these into job descriptions
- Updating and sharing job ads on various websites and career portals
- Employer branding activities, such as coordinating and planning career fairs
- Answering inquiries from candidates as well as the broader organisation, and taking care of any other more hands-on administrative tasks.

- 1+ years of experience from a relevant role within HR, talent acquisition, recruitment or similar
- A strong sense of initiative and a highly structured approach to your work
- A passion for creating new relations and talking to many different people with different backgrounds
- An understanding of the importance of excellent recruitment, pre- and onboarding experiences
- Experience working both independently and in a team
- IT acumen and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Teams and SharePoint, is an advantage
- Excellent English and Danish skills both spoken and in writing.
