As our new Recruitment Student Assistant, you will play an essential role in the continued and rapid growth of our company - especially within our technology and data departments. You will work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers and the broader organisation to help define requirements, ensure a great candidate experience and source profiles from all over the world to our various offices - primary our offices in Denmark, the UK and Spain.
A typical workday will include some of the following:
At Wunderman Thompson MAP’s headquarters in Copenhagen, you will join our internal recruitment team. We are a team of seven people, six of us are based out of Copenhagen and one of us is located in London. As a team, we work closely together to help our different departments and locations find and onboard the right talent. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with colleagues who like to have fun while being busy, and we always go the extra mile to help each other. We are a flat organisation that loves growing the talents of our people, and many of our people have been at the agency a decade or longer.
You are a person with positive mindset, and you are good at structuring your work and taking ownership of your tasks. You have a strong interest in technology and data, and you can see yourself thriving in fast-paced and diverse organisation, where kindness and a willingness to challenge yourself is highly valued.
We expect you to be open to trying a range of different tasks related to recruitment - with your primary focus being on tech and data profiles. At times, you might feel out of your comfort zone, but this should not throw you off – we work as a team and always help each other out.
Your level of experience is not the main factor - however what matters most, is that you are a team-player with a curious attitude and a wish to learn and develop both professionally and personally. In other words, you have:

What will your day look like?
As our new Recruitment Student Assistant, you will play an essential role in the continued and rapid growth of our company - especially within our technology and data departments. You will work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers and the broader organisation to help define requirements, ensure a great candidate experience and source profiles from all over the world to our various offices - primary our offices in Denmark, the UK and Spain.
A typical workday will include some of the following:
- Employing creative as well as traditional sourcing methods, and exploring new ways of identifying tech and data talent across the world
- Taking screening calls with candidates to ensure a positive fit
- Booking interviews and following up with stakeholders
- Updating the systems, we use to manage our recruitment processes
- Always ensuring a top-quality candidate experience
- Collaborating with your recruitment colleagues and helping with potential ad hoc tasks.
- The job is a part-time position (15-20 hours a week). We are flexible when it comes to your study and exam schedules.

- Enrolled in a master’s degree or the last year of your bachelor’s degree
- Some experience with search, sourcing or talent acquisition
- An interest in searching for tech and data profiles
- The ability to work independently and navigate a fast-paced environment
- An eye for detail and structure as well as the ability to prioritise tasks on an ongoing basis
- A passion for creating new relations and talking to many different people with different backgrounds
- Excellent Danish and English skills both spoken and in writing.
