Contributing to our Recruitment Strategy
You will become part of our Processes & Operations (HRPO) team in HR acting as a strategic partner to our managers in Copenhagen. Collaborating in a team of 6 dedicated colleagues, you will report to the head of Processes & Processes.
Being the focal point for all recruitment activities in the Copenhagen office, you will get the opportunity to recruit internationally for our activities across technical, sales and support roles. Moreover, you will be able to drive an extensive network both internally and externally. In this role, you will take part in a collective success working across different cultures and disciplines enabling you to engage, share knowledge, and gain cultural insight.
Overall, you will have the responsibility for the entire internal and external mobility/recruitment life cycle from initial requisition to final hire. In essence you can look forward to:

- Providing support on critical talent gaps and drive an efficient talent search approach.
- Supporting and acting as sparring partner on recruitment related topics to managers.
- Supporting the HRPO manager on optimization of recruitment strategy, procedures, and tools to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Creating and posting job ads based on strong understanding of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and brand.
- Shortlisting and iterviewing of candidates including behavioral and cognitive assessment feedback
- Preparation of salary offer to selected candidate
- Close and timely follow-up with all candidates throughout the recruitment process
- A close collaboration with internal stakeholders on employer branding and career development
- Updating and maintaining relevant tracking tools and systems for job posting status reporting.
- Ensuring compliance and high-quality data within Recruitment Policy and GDPR.
- Supporting on other HR operational and process-task as far as the time allows.
