You will join our Global Mobility department

As our new HR Coordinator for Global Mobility you will be part of an informal and inspiring team of 3 colleagues. The department is responsible for international moves and the management of Ramboll’s Global Mobility Programme. We work with passion, drive, humour and a high care for each other.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Assist the Global Mobility team co-ordinating GM processes in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This involves working with many areas (pension, immigration, insurance, relocation, social security) to co-ordinate services, data gathering, manage reminders and chasers, answer specific queries etc.
  • Communication with all levels in the organisation and our business units globally plus external vendors
  • Support the Global Mobility team with finance administration
  • Ensuring that Global Mobility data is kept up to date and accurate

Your starting point for constant growth

  • 1-2 years of global mobility experience
  • Strong communication skills English, both written and verbal. Danish communications skills are a plus
  • Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of an organisation
  • Good Excel skills and confident with data management and validation
  • Strong planning, organising and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage high volume of workloads
  • Proactive client handling skills; taking personal accountability for issues and questions raised

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: You are a strong administrator and like to have many tasks at the same time. You have high customer focus, a positive attitude, responsive to business needs and you are solution driven. We are looking for a person who can work independently and has a pragmatic approach. To work in a global function, and with people globally, you must be ready to work with different people, cultures and time zones being flexible when this is needed, from time to time.
