You will join our Internal Communications department

As our new Global Digital Workspace Manager, you will be part of be part of the Corporate Internal Communications department reporting to our Internal Communications Manager. The team counts five specialists dedicated to connecting people and delivering best practise internal communication to our global base of colleagues. We support Ramboll’s top management, drive global internal campaigns and develop best practise formats for internal communication and employee engagement. We do this out Ramboll’s head office in Copenhagen, Denmark, where we are part of a larger Corporate Communications & Branding department. While working independently with many different stakeholders in the business, we also have a strong team culture and love to collaborate and have fun.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the daily operations of Ramboll’s digital workspace and intranet for 16,000 employees, including global news flow
  • Create strategies for digital employee engagement, collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Develop creative new formats and write engaging stories
  • Drive employee adaption of the internal digital systems
  • Lead a global community of content owners and editors
  • Responsible for adaptation of new digital workspace releases and new added functionalities
  • Monitor intranet usage and performance and provide insightful analytics to key stakeholders
  • Use feedback and analytics to develop internal platforms
  • Prioritise requests for new functionality and tools in collaboration with Group IT
  • Maintain and monitor compliance with the intranet guidelines to ensure effective and engaging content that meets the needs of the business

  • Master’s degree within a relevant subject
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a global organisation
  • Experience with SharePoint – good understanding of core SharePoint technology and its tools
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite, preferably also Microsoft Teams
  • Understanding of the principles of User Interface and User Experience
  • Understanding of the principles of Information Architecture design for intranets
  • Understanding of industry best practice and new technological opportunities that can add business value
  • Experience with driving user adaption of new digital tools
  • Ability to create and deliver educational training sessions
  • Experience with project management
  • Excellent writing and editing skills

You interact easily with other people and you can build trusted partnerships with your colleagues across cultures and geographical boundaries. You have the ability to understand and navigate a complex, relationship-based matrix organisation to achieve key objectives.
