You will join our Global Talent Development department
As our new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager you will be part of Group Centre of Excellence (CoE) function that delivers solutions across the whole area of Talent Development, including Learning, Culture and EDI. The Global Talent Development CoE consists of 6 professionals and you will report to the Group Head of Talent Development. The Group HR function operates globally with colleagues located at Ramboll’s head office in Copenhagen and across the globe. The team culture is characterized by openness and trust, and a high degree of collaboration, understanding that the best results are delivered together. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Development to shape and deliver the global journey on EDI.

- Work collaboratively with the Head of Talent Development to define the long-term EDI journey in Ramboll, whilst promoting Ramboll’s values;
- Define a strategy and roadmap (driven by insights) that supports our business priorities;
- Deliver on existing short-term priorities;
- Apply broad thinking, best practice and science in all activities;
- Partner with the business and multiple stakeholder groups to ensure global initiatives are meaningful to our people, relevant to our business and can be easily adopted;
- Lead and manage highly visible, cross functional projects, including communication and reporting on various projects
- Facilitate and coordinate various activities across the wider Global HR team.

- Current knowledge and understanding of best practice and developments in the EDI area
- Masters or bachelor’s degree, relevant to the area;
- Hands on experience with conceptualizing, developing and operationalised EDI activities in large organisations;
- Experience using data and insights to inform focus areas;
- Skilled at presenting proposals and gathering support for initiatives;
- Excellent communication skills;
