Working in a global matrix organisation you will be delivering employee lifecycle processes in close collaboration with managers, Ramboll Support Centre (RSC) and the HR Business Partner team. To succeed in this role, you must have knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, experience with HR-systems (preferably Workday) and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will join our HR Operations team

As our new HR Coordinator, you will be part of the Danish HR Operations team and you will formally report into to the Country HR Operations Lead. You will work closely together with your Team Lead and three experienced HR Coordinators as well as colleagues in the Ramboll Support Centre located in India.

Your key priority will be to deliver and facilitate the operational employee lifecycle processes (contracting, on-boarding, off-boarding, job changes etc.) for your business area.

Your key stakeholders will be line managers, employees, and the Danish HR Business Partner team.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Guide managers/employees on HR legislation, policies, processes, and systems

  • Coach and carry out spot checks of RSC work

  • Pursue process excellence by optimizing systems, workflows, templates etc.

  • Issue contracts, addendums, and terminations

  • Support HRBPs in the implementation of the annual HR-processes, handling personnel matters etc.

  • Participate in projects with a broader HR scope


You will be located at our head office in Orestad next to HR colleagues responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Rewards, Mobility, Business Partnering, Payroll and HR Legal.

  • A couple of years’ successful experience as a country HR Coordinator or HR Specialist

  • Good experience with HR-systems, preferably Workday

  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English (both verbal and written)

  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
