Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our Global HR Legal </strong> <strong>department</strong></p><p>As our new Global HR Data Privacy and HR Legal Consultant you will be part of our Global HR Legal department that is on an ongoing basis working closely together with Group Data Privacy, HR colleagues and local data privacy managers in the monitoring and ensuring of global data privacy compliance and HR Legal compliance. As we are in a phase of growing and institutionalizing our global data privacy governance, you will be able to significantly impact the way we as a company work with global data privacy from an HR perspective.</p><p>The head office is located in Copenhagen, but the role can also be placed elsewhere for the right candidate depending on the circumstances. In the team, you will report to the Head of Global HR Legal – Kristine Friis Nolsø, and you will be expected to take on the role as Data Protection Manager (DPM) for Global HR, be the daily driver of HR data privacy compliance as well as undertake advisory work to key stakeholders on employment contract terms and conditions for the directors circle and participate in Ramboll’s Global HR Legal Community. You can expect a work environment that permits you to work with a high degree of trust and that is inclusive and open to your ideas and viewpoints and truly delivering as a team.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li><p>Acting as Data Protection Manager (DPM) for Global HR including carrying out data privacy impact and transfer impact assessments</p></li><li><p>Monitoring and ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements globally within HR, incl. compliance in all HR related systems and processes by completion of Ramboll check & track processes through in collaboration with Global HR functions, local HR and local data privacy managers</p></li><li><p>Maintaining and developing data privacy compliance processes and tools for HR</p></li><li><p>Planning and conducting tailored data privacy for HR training and communication activities</p></li><li><p>Contributing with your expert knowledge to a range of global HR projects  </p></li><li><p>Supporting in contract drafting for the directors circle employment relationships</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li><p>Expert knowledge of data privacy compliance within HR</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive communications skills in English</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s law degree</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3-5 years of work experience with data privacy or HR legal</p></li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will ensure you succeed in this role include: great project management capabilities and having a service mindset and focus on creating stakeholder value while also maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
