We are searching for a skilled and hands-on HR Advisor (Sweden) to join our Scandinavian HR team on a maternity cover for 10-12 months. The position is based in our Scandinavian HQ in the Copenhagen Area (Ørestad). Preferred start date is 1 January 2024.
You will get the opportunity to work both operational and strategic and drive the HR agenda for Sweden with currently 32 stores. Therefore, it is an advantage if you are a native Swedish speaker and have experience with Swedish labor law.

You’ll be driven to continuously grow the capability and HR knowledge of our employees (Store Managers and Store Employees) as well as working on initiatives to create a great place to work. Our perfect candidate is a successful HR professional that thrives working in a high paced, multi-site environment in the retail industry, preferably within an international setting, managing lots of different stakeholders, tasks and priorities.

Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with your stakeholders in order to develop their teams
- Reviewing, creating and implementing initiatives in your areas based on ambitious KPI’s and Hunkemöllers strategic plan
- Working closely with your key contacts to create a great place to work, give world class service to our customers and deliver results
- Being the HR expert on the labor market, legal & remuneration issues, development and support in recruitment for Sweden
- Responsible for union contact and negotiations
For this role, we expect you to have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years+ experience within HR
- Experience with Swedish labor law
- Bachelors/Masters education within the field of HR or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Analytical skills and knows how to transform numbers into action
- Experience in retail, hospitality or other service industry is considered a plus
- The ability to deal with deadlines, targets and multiple priorities
- Ideally gained experience already within international HR systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar programs
