Main responsibilities includes:

  • Providing administrative support in all HR related matters

  • Being first point of contact for our employees and (store) managers by email and phone, in line with our World Class Service principles.

  • Ensuring our personnel system Workday is updated

  • HR administration such as contract management, legal documents, provide data to payroll

  • Providing support and advice to our store managers and employees on various HR topics including terms of employment, labor law and HR policy

  • Contributing to various projects together with the HR team

  • Supporting HR Advisor/HR Manager with cases in the full HR spectrum

The perfect candidate has:

  • Education in the field of HR or similar

  • Experience with administrative work

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

  • In order to serve our Scandinavian stores well, it is important that you have a good command of one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) and strong communication skills

  • Experience in retail, hospitality or other service industry is considered a plus

  • Likes a high paced environment and get energy from working towards deadlines, setting priorities and achieving goals.

  • Ideally gained experience already within international HR systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar programs
