We are looking for an HRBP to join our Copenhagen office for a 12 months contract (until end of June 2022) since one of our colleagues are leaving for maternity leave.
As an HR Business Partner at Webhelp, you have the overall responsibility to act as support and to provide training to Webhelp’s managers in the areas of labor law, work environment issues, policies, laws and agreements and keep up to date of new regulations in the labor market.
You will have the overall responsibility to develop and follow up on Webhelp’s manager/management-support and leadership program at a strategic level.
Tasks:
You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team distributed in different locations around the Nordic countries, as well as our offices in the Baltics and Spain, which means that much of the communication with your colleagues takes place virtually and in English. This requires that you feel comfortable in communicating in English both in speech and writing.
At Webhelp Nordic you will work in a high speed organization, which requires independency and to work well under pressure. Fast changes and new ways of working defines our culture. We value solid communication skills, flexibility, methodicalness and teamwork. We also believe that you have a great interest in working close to the business.

Tasks:
- Strategies for working with health-promoting work environment, sick leave and staff turnover.
- Responsibility for the pay review process is carried out in accordance with directives locally and centrally.
- Update documents, policies and responsibility for ensuring that they are properly complied with within the business.
- Supporting managers in difficult conversations and training them in documentation and follow-up employee development and goal plans.
- Educate and be responsible for the process of appraisals and annual follow-ups.
- Take part and initiate HR-related projects in the Nordic region
- General HR reporting.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
- You hold a university degree within HR + some years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- You are a proactive and self-driven person with high integrity and good communication capability.
- You are driven and easily adapt to quick changes.
- You are interested in employer branding.
- You enjoy building relationships and have no problem being at the center and giving presentations or attending job fairs where you have to talk to new people.
- You have the ability to coordinate several parallel processes and are motivated by a job where you are challenged and have a great responsibility to take.
