About the role
We are looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator who can take ownership and responsibility of payroll, reporting and HR admin. Additionally, there will be some light finance tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire experience within a broad range of Finance and HR tasks in a global company.
As you gain more experience within the company the tasks may evolve, however initially this role will be responsible for the following tasks:

We are looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator who can take ownership and responsibility of payroll, reporting and HR admin. Additionally, there will be some light finance tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire experience within a broad range of Finance and HR tasks in a global company.
As you gain more experience within the company the tasks may evolve, however initially this role will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Payroll for functional and hourly paid employees
- Primary contact person for all queries in regards to salary, pension, holiday etc.
- Reporting and creation of reports as requested
- HR administrative tasks
- Light financial tasks
- Ad hoc tasks
About you
We are looking for a proactive, self-driven, hands-on-person who is ready to take ownership over their own tasks. We will be looking for the following skills:
- Exceptional IT and MS Excel skills
- Well-developed business and service mindset
- Skills within Finance and Human Resources
- Positive and proactive attitude
- A team player who is happy to help where needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written Danish and English skills required
