Visma e-conomic is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner who will get the opportunity to work at a strategic level and create impact through TA as part of a larger People & Culture team.
The Role:
We are looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Partner that would love to elevate our TA setup, and support the implementation of our TA strategy. You will be supporting our Tech & Product departments, and when needed other departments as well. But no matter which department - you are on the lookout for the best people, providing top notch hiring support to our leaders and delivering a second to none candidate experience.

The role is located within the People & Culture team, reporting to the CHRO. It will involve close collaboration with the entire team, including the People Ops and People Business Partner team. And of course we are biased but, wow, what a team you’ll join - we have so many talented people that you can learn from and spare with. You will work closely together with hiring managers to enable business goals through hiring and strategic initiatives in order to build the future teams of e-conomic.

- Business acumen and a proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Top of the class analytical skills and the ability to turn data into decisions
- Experience managing the recruitment process from A-Z, with a strong emphasis on ensuring a great experience for both candidates and our hiring managers
- Excellent sourcing skills in order to bring a skilled and diverse talent pool to the table - ideally tech profiles within Tech & Product
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead projects aligned with the TA and People strategy

- Driving the broader TA agenda for the entire company, and taking ownership of TA-related projects and processes
- Being the analytical go to person within TA that provides the right data to business, hiring managers and People&Culture
- Coaching, advising, and challenging managers on hiring and team formation
- Ensuring implementation and execution of people tools and processes for the best candidate and hiring manager experience i.e. leveraging AI, our ATS TeamTailor
- Lead and contribute to projects within our People Strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
