We are looking for a visionary leader who can work with our business partner team to shape and scale the partnership with the business and help pivot to agile in a rapidly growing and highly global company.

As the Director of HR Business partnering in Milestone you will report directly to the VP of People & Organization. You have a dual role as you are also driving the people agenda for our CTO and his leadership team. Your place of work will be in our head office in Brøndby, Denmark.

As Director of HR Business Partnering, your responsibility is to develop and guide the vision, strategy and daily operations of the HRBP functions to deliver strategic HR consultation and support to our growing and diverse workforce.

The People & Organization (P&O) function is itself on a transformation journey to support the overall ambitious growth strategy of Milestone and our pivoting to agile. Part of the P&O strategy is centered around e.g. driving implementation of Agile Performance Management, increased focus on the seamless Employee Experience and increasing the digitalization of P&O processes and self-service. The Head of HRBP is expected to partner with the VP in shaping and implementing these initiatives with the HRBP´s and the Business.

You will lead the team of four senior HR Business Partners (HRBPs) all located in the Brøndby office and collaborate closely with the regional business partner teams in Americas, APAC and EMEA. You will coach the HRBP´s and enable them to instigate and drive business specific change initiatives across the organization. An important success criterion is to ensure broader knowledge sharing between the four business partner areas and break down silos by being a good role model. Furthermore, you are expected to facilitate a greater process cohesiveness within HR Business partnering. You will lead and provide creative solutions to strengthen the HRBP team to perform effectively together on a strategic level with the business.

Support the CTO and help drive the people agenda in the Technology Business unit


As part of the CTO leadership team, your role is to support the CTO and his team. The Technology Group is amid an agile transformation and you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the anchoring of this journey and secure best-in-class programs to support this process. You will serve as a strategic partner and help drive the People First strategy; including Augmented Workforce Planning, Employee Lifecycle Experience, Agile Performance Management etc.

This is what we are looking for:

  • A relevant business degree at Master level
  • Min. 10 years of experience from an HR Business Partner role or equivalent in a knowledge intensive, international organization
  • Min. 3 years of leadership experience from a similar position as Senior HR Partner and/or HR Business Partner Lead
  • A solid HR toolbox covering most of the HR disciplines: Compensation and benefits, recruitment from A-Z, employee engagement, coaching and development and employee relations from a global perspective
  • Expertise in handling complex cases to the business with a consultative style and high degree of professionalism
  • A seasoned project manager
  • Preferably knowledge about Agile way of working
  • You communicate effortlessly in English both in verbal and writing
  • Microsoft super user (Ppt. and Excel)
  • Strong business acumen and data driven
  • A front runner and an HR role model
  • Creative, yet a natural at follow-through

Capabilities:

You demonstrate ability to learn and lead in a constantly changing environment and you are comfortable with working both on strategic and operational level. You have proved your ability to lead experienced HR professionals successfully and you can demonstrate experience from a business unit partnering role - preferably operating in a global matrix set-up.

Your overall approach is consultative, and you thrive with designing and facilitating workshops with people topics. You possess solid functional expertise across all general areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Augmented Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance and can lead the design to professionalize and scale the business partner operations.

Last, but not least you have an intrinsic motivation to incorporate new trends and technology where relevant, and you have experience with driving implementation of organization-wide changes involving many stakeholders across different functions. Your approach to this is analytical, yet pragmatic, non-dogmatic and with an empathetic tenacity.
