You will be involved in all aspects of the entire employee cycle including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR legal. You will also be involved in developing and optimizing the HR processes to further enhance the efficiency of our Nordic Sales team.
You will be responsible for the day to day HR operational tasks in the Nordic region, and report into the HR Business Partner for Nordics & Benelux, located in our Northern Europe cluster headquarter in Hamburg.
The position is a maternity cover and have a duration of approx. 12 months with the possibility of extension.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for all HR matters from the Nordic Sales team
- Building strong relationships with all stakeholders, and act as an advisor for Store Managers and Regional Sales Managers in the Nordics
- Having a solid understanding of the Danish labour and employment legislation as well as the Swedish and Norwegian – or the interest in learning them
- Coordinating the payroll administration for the Nordics with internal and external payroll as well as supporting the yearly processes of salary review and bonus
- Participating in HR projects focused on optimization and digitalisation of HR processes
- Administrative tasks in relation to onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Ad hoc tasks

The ideal candidate navigates naturally in a constantly changing environment, where two days are never the same, and with many different tasks and stakeholders. We believe you would be a great fit with our team, if you:
- Have minimum 2 years of professional experience from a similar position, preferably from a Nordic context and experience from a retail industry would also be a benefit
- Self-driven and proactive with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Outgoing professional with excellent people and communication skills
- We imagine you have a bachelor/master degree in a relevant field combined with several years of practical HR experience. Alternatively you have strong administrative background within HR Operations
- You speak and write at least one of the Scandinavian languages fluently as well as English, our corporate language
- Ability to understand and articulate PANDORA culture and HR business initiatives
- You are a true team player and behold a high sense of integrity
You are a responsible person taking full ownership of your tasks and projects. You work in a structured manner and you know how to prioritize your time during a busy day. By nature you are service-minded and enjoy helping others.
Additional information:
Start date: Preferable August 1, 2020 or soon thereafter.
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
