In this role you will both have your own deliverables and deliverables together with other team members. The responsibilities in this role will give you valuable practical hands-on experience within the organizational development field. You will be accountable for your own deliverables, delivering directly into the team’s overall goals, which is an excellent opportunity to turn theoretical knowledge into practice.

You will be immersed in a culture that is known for empowerment which means you will get a great amount of responsibility and truly experience that you contribute to success while you obtain quality skills that will complement your education.

You will become an active part of the HR Development department, located in Brøndby. The team consists of nine experienced HR professionals who all support and guide you and make sure you learn and build on the foundation for your future HR career. We are ambitious and passionate, and we value a humorous work environment.

We are looking for a Student Assistant who can preferably work 15-20 hours a week. We understand the importance of the balance between job and your studies and are flexible around your working days.

Work tasks & Responsibilities

In your daily work, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate Leadership training sessions
  • Generate “Active Break” activities on a global scale and be the vendor point of contact
  • Responsibility for the HR development toolbox on the Milestone intranet
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing change management efforts on a global scale
  • Reinforce the implementation of conducting team reviews
  • Ad hoc tasks and assisting the team on other goals

Who are you?

The ideal candidate is a Bachelor or Master student, preferably within the field of Human Resource Management/Business Administration or alike.

We also expect you to:

  • You have a valid Danish work permit
  • Work experience within an international company
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and orally
  • A strong motivation to acquire new and deeper knowledge of HR in an international business setting
  • Capability of working in HR where handling confidential data and topics is essential
  • Service minded and interested in people
  • Undisputed skills when juggling several things at a time
  • A quick learner who easily adapts to changes
