The position as HR Student Assistant offers an opportunity to gain insight and experience within Organizational Design, Talent Management, Change & Transformation and so much more within the HR discipline. You will experience how it is to work within in an HR department operating in a fast-growing tech company. You will be enabled and empowered to run your own projects and feel that you create real value to the organization and the future growth of Milestone Systems.

You will become an active part of the HR Development department, located in Brøndby. The team consists of nine experienced HR professionals who all support and guide you and make sure you learn and build on the foundation for your future HR career. We are ambitious and passionate, and we value a humorous work environment.

We are looking for a Student Assistant who can preferably work 15-20 hours a week. We understand the importance of the balance between job and your studies and are flexible around your working days.

Work tasks & Responsibilities

In your daily work, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and planning our global leadership programs (booking venues, inviting participants, assisting managers, handling invoices and queries)
  • Running and assisting various global HR Development projects regarding e.g., culture, well-being, work environment etc.
  • Aligning with and supporting the other student workers in the P&O team to avoid bottlenecks and to succeed together
  • Cross-functional collaboration internally as well as with external vendors

  • Process and policy optimization

Who are you?

The ideal candidate is a Bachelor or Master student, preferably within the field of Human Resource Management/Business Administration or alike.

We also expect you to:

  • You have a valid Danish work permit
  • Work experience within an international company
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and orally
  • You have a knack for coordination and planning
  • You are fast at executing on ideas independently and strive with having great responsibility
  • You are not afraid to offer feedback when you see a potential for innovation and process optimization in tasks and projects
  • Service mindedness and interest in people
  • Undisputed skills when juggling several things at a time
  • A quick learner who easily adapts to changes


The ideal candidate for this position comes with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
You can work independently as well as contribute to our ambitious and collaborative HR team. You have a structured way of working with attention to details.
