Therefore, we are searching for a strong, inspirational Talent Acquisition & People Development Specialist to join us and help fulfill our forward journey as being the most successful Specialist Recruiting Company.

mission.

This leads to the areas of responsibilities for your job.

  • Talent Acquisition – hereby finding & engaging with potential candidates, contact, screening and testing
  • Securing a constant pipelining of future talent via different channels and stakeholders
  • Run and support our onboarding process to secure and standardize and align successful onboarding with Managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Drive our Danish Training Academy and Talent Career program and align programs with our international trainers from Hays and Managers
  • Be the trainer of selected trainings yourself
  • Assist in constant development of our consultants to help them be experts and successful in their jobs
  • Drive and support employer branding initiatives
  • Provide professional advice and coaching to support Managers in areas of employee management in line with appropriate HR policies and processes
  • Work with our international HR teams, payroll, central
  • services etc. to resolve high impact and complex issues.
  • Develop, implement and follow up on employee services, APV, etc.
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture and proactively get involved in D&I events both internally and external to raise awareness.


Knowledge, qualifications and experience we are looking for

We are looking for a true people’s person.

Someone, who has a solid people background that can help upskill our teams and encourage knowledge sharing. We imagine that you have relevant education to support this function on a minimum bachelor level.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about contributing to the People agenda; one who truly embraces working with our employee experience and, making sure our newcomers have a great and smooth experience and are set to succeed while also acting as an advisor to established teams and respective stakeholders.

You ideally have experience from a recruitment agency or consultancy and have experience perhaps as a consultant yourself at some point. Sales has been a part of your job and you know what it takes to work with Sales in a high-performance environment. From here you might have moved into a TA/HR position where learning/development and training is part of your job description.
