WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR GLOBAL PEOPLE TEAM

As we expand internationally as a Company, People team is undergoing a transformation, where acting as a trusted business partner and improving the level of service for our people are essential components of professionalizing the whole Department. Our team is small, but we are growing and will keep expanding! We work together as competent generalists with a can-do attitude and lots of energy. The role is based in our cool office at the center of Copenhagen, and you will report directly to the Global HR Director.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As HR Operations Specialist, you will be the go-to person for HR administrative tasks and operations, ensuring that we are compliant and that our systems, data and processes are enhanced and updated. In addition, you will take care of smooth onboarding and offboarding HR-related procedures. Specifically, those are the responsibilities and tasks waiting for you:

  • Providing exceptional pre-, on- and off-boarding tasks for all employees and ensure 100% accuracy in our systems, templates & IT forms, procedures, and all relevant papers
  • HR systems data management: you are the main admin user of our systems and you own the accuracy of people data across HR system, digital appraisal templates, employee engagement surveys etc.
  • Effective administration of employees documentation, including but not limited to contract drafting and handling, absence management, visa checks, contract addendums
  • Maintain employee files to ensure compliance
  • Policy management: keep HR polices, procedures and guidelines updated and take the lead in the design and launch of new polices.
  • Update and when necessary create employees handbooks for our multiple locations
  • Coordination with finance department and payroll regarding salary changes and leaves so that the monthly payroll procedure is conducted smoothly
  • Coordination with finance department for FTE and employees costs track
  • Support for global employees, including relocation and international mobility
  • Troubleshoot employee issues, resulting in recommendations and solutions
  • Managing relationships and coordinate HR Operations with our HR Consultants and partners internationally

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid experience of working with HR data, systems and processes
  • Knowledge of Danish employment law and comfortable to navigate through employment legislations internationally
  • Experience with Excel and comfortable to work with numbers and analytics
  • Love to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing working environment
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
