Are you passionate about transforming HR into a more efficient, agile, and strategically aligned force within the business? The Global Business Partnering, People & Culture team is on an exciting transformation journey, and we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join us. This role is crucial in supporting our Chief Marketing Officer and her leadership team. We want to hear from you if you thrive in dynamic environments and take joy in driving change.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will support the Chief Marketing Officer and her leadership team, focusing on identifying and addressing the most pressing talent opportunities and challenges within the business unit. You will develop and own the talent management strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals. Collaborating closely with business unit leaders, you will influence and drive talent-related decisions and initiatives, including team dynamics and leadership capabilities. Your strategic inputs will promote equity, inclusion, and diversity within the organization.
You will analyze, interpret, and communicate HR data to drive informed business decisions and demonstrate the value of HR initiatives. Developing and implementing strategies to address turnover, retention, performance evaluation, and employee well-being will be key aspects of your role. You will lead strategic consulting efforts, offering insights and solutions to the challenges in your business unit. Additionally, you will monitor and assess sentiment and well-being within the leadership team, providing actionable insights to business unit leaders.
Fostering collaboration and networking within the global People & Culture function and across the organization will be essential in achieving synergies and business objectives. Collaborating with the HR operations and service delivery team, you will ensure all operational and day-to-day HR tasks are effectively handled.

  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering, with a strong understanding of talent management and strategic HR practices.
  • High proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and communication to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing talent management strategies.
  • Familiarity with equity, inclusion, and diversity best practices and strategies.
  • Experience in consulting or strategic advisory roles within HR is a plus.
