As our new HR Student Assistant, you will be part of a department with HR professionals placed in Copenhagen and across Ramboll’s global positions. You will refer to our Head of HR Buildings & Transport (HRD sitting in Oslo, Norway), and we imagine that you will work approximately 10-15 hours a week, but it will vary depending on both your tasks with us and your academic responsibilities.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Supporting our HR team in ongoing projects (ie performance management, skills taxonomy, talent management, annual HR processes etc)</li><li>Performing a range of administrative tasks within the fields of HR</li><li>Assisting with hands-on tasks like planning and facilitating events and workshops</li><li>Collaborations with internal and external stakeholders on various events or projects</li><li>Exciting and challenging ad hoc tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Your new team</strong><br>
You will be part of the HR department for Transport & Buildings in Copenhagen, working alongside a dynamic and supportive team of HR professionals. Our department is known for its collaborative environment and commitment to excellence in delivering HR solutions. You will engage with colleagues both locally and globally, providing you with a broad perspective and diverse experiences.</p><p><strong>About you </strong><br>
