about the position


As an HR Generalist, you will participate in the further development and operation of the HR function at CP Kelco. You will have a varied everyday life with the opportunity to impact, develop and influence the position. CP Kelco is looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Generalist with competent knowledge of operational HR as well as the ability to be a trusted advisor to local managers and employees at their site in Skensved.

areas of responsibility


You will support the entire employee lifecycle and help to ensure that CP Kelco has the appropriate HR Support in all matters relating to employment relations, administration, and recruitment.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

- Driving the development of local HR policies in alignment with applicable regulation and global principle
- Participating in HR team goals and objectives and assisting to establish HR measurements to support the strategic goals
- Assisting with the development of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the company’s strategy
- Communicating and training managers as well as employees on HR policies, procedures, programs, regulations etc.
- Supporting the implementation and progress on performance management, including training
- Participating in recruitment of specialists in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition
- Managing the onboarding program and graduate program (coordination and facilitating)

cp kelco is looking for you who:


- Have a master’s degree in cand.merc HRM, psychology or similar
- Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience within an HR department and broad knowledge within the various HR disciplines such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational planning, training and development, etc.
- Have knowledge about regulatory compliance, labor law, Holidays Act and collective agreements (Industriens Overenskomst and Industriens Funktionæroverenskomst)
- Have an intermediate level of English both written and spoken

You will be part of a local HR team consisting of four employees who help each other to succeed in a busy everyday life. The local HR team is part of a Global HR, which consists of 30 HR employees.
The local HR team consists of the Head of HR, an HR Generalist, an HR Specialist and an HR Coordinator. Their everyday life is characterized by many areas of collaboration. They are ambitious and work to deliver targeted and qualified support to the business as well as efficient and safe operation of high quality.
