In People and Communication, you will become part of COWI's Business Support. People and Communication numbers more than 130 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe. A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER

In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with Sofie Jensen, Head of Labour Relations and Mobility. Your finest task in our team will be to draft contracts, extensions, addendums etc. for all employments in COWI A/S in a timely manner without losing sight of the quality of details. You will work closely with skilled colleagues within all aspects of labour relations and employment law, and day to day sparring is of high importance in the team. You will be in close contact with all our internal clients; managers and secretaries, when determining contract type and other elements of the employment.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Set up initials for new employees
  • Draft contracts and addendums
  • Administrate and register work-related injuries
  • Act as secretary for various boards/organisations within COWI
  • Archive documents
  • Various administrative tasks.

To succeed in this position, we believe that you should be an effective and pro-active team player who thrives with routine tasks. Speed, eye for detail and communication skills are all important factors to succeed in this role.

Furthermore, you should preferably have:

  • An education within office administration or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience with administration, preferably within HR
  • Basic understanding of the composition of a contract
  • Experience working with SAP, SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of GDPR.
