We’re looking for an assistant to join our dedicated HR team of four. We take care of the entire employee lifecycle globally, as well as internal communications and internal service.Strong processes and execution excellence are focal points throughout the business and are every bit as important in HR. You’re an administrative wizard with HR experience. To succeed in this role, we expect that you:
You are curious and eager to learn. You take initiative and naturally suggest improvements where you see them. Honesty and openness are second-nature to you.
We handle many different tasks at a time which demands an ability to retain a sense of perspective and prioritize assignments continuously.

About the job
We’re looking for an assistant to join our dedicated HR team of four. We take care of the entire employee lifecycle globally, as well as internal communications and internal service.Strong processes and execution excellence are focal points throughout the business and are every bit as important in HR. The main tasks in this role are:
- Maintaining master data
- Handling inquiries on our common phone and email
- Securing visa applications, invitation letters and other mobility-related tasks
- Supporting recruitment processes and handling our onboarding program
- Various administrative, communicative, and other ad hoc tasks, such as reporting
About you
You’re an administrative wizard with HR experience. To succeed in this role, we expect that you:
- Are trained in office administration or similar
- Have experience from an HR department
- Have a knack for systems and numbers
- Are driven, committed and proactive by nature
- Have a flair for communication and aren’t afraid of addressing the organization
- Are fluent in English and Danish - written and verbally
- Have an interest in being a contributing factor in an international setting
- Are interculturally competent and experienced
