We cover all phases of photovoltaic (PV) solar and wind projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment of assets. As our new Recruitment Specialist, you will get the opportunity to work with a broad variety of recruitment processes and tasks. You will be part of our HR team with reference to our Recruitment Manager, where you will be finding European Energy´s future employees. The employees are typically international profiles with a specialist background. You will have a be working with recruitment from A-Z with a focus on search, coordination, candidate screening and interviews, whilst striving to give the candidates the best experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

Tasks:
- Write and update job ads
- Coordinate interviews
- Screen candidates
- Conduct interviews
- Conduct psychometric and personality assessments
- Ensure a good candidate experience
Your profile:
- You have a minimum of 2 year of relevant working experience
- You speak English at a professional level
- You are curious and service minded
- It is an advantage If you have experience in conducting psychometric and personality assessments
- German language skills is an advantage
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
