International HR Specialist
Are you looking to join a dynamic, international company in rapid growth with great opportunities to develop yourself, and where you will make a difference especially for our colleagues working abroad?
European Energy is a Danish privately owned company in rapid growth. We cover all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and/or divestment of assets. Our company of 400+ employees have since 2004 installed more than 2.0 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 30 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in 16 other locations, primarily in Europe. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil-free society.
In this newly established role as International HR Specialist, you will be an important part of our HR team being responsible for our offices abroad. You will play a key role in advising our 100+ colleagues abroad in HR related matters, coordinating and streamlining our processes and making sure that we are compliant. You will be working closely together with the HR team that consists of 10 full-time employees and 2 student assistants. The HR team works with a wide range of tasks, including recruiting, leadership training, employer branding, engagement surveys, onboarding and employee data.
We are looking for someone with a successful track record within HR, ideally working in and with different countries. Preferably you have experience with opening offices abroad and the many tasks that come with that, but it is not a requirement. You enjoy supporting the organization with a broad variety of tasks within HR. Having a good flair and understanding of IT systems is an advantage.
You have a positive mindset and are service minded by nature, a keen team player with an eye for identifying opportunities instead of obstacles. You work structured and pay attention to details and your approach to your work is always with a high degree of empathy.
You will be part of a hardworking and dedicated HR team. As part of an international and engaged team in a fast-growing company with colleagues from various countries and with different professional backgrounds, you will work in and benefit from a diverse and dynamic working environment as well as a flat company hierarchy.
