What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is committed to ensure that CBRE attracts and hires the right people. Your overall responsibility will be to drive recruitments from A-Z, while you support, challenge and inspire all aspects in the process.
You will be part of a small local HR- and administrative team, but you will also collaborate with our Nordic and International colleagues.

- Search and select
- Conducting start-up meetings with hiring managers
- Fine tuning job ads
- Drive the entire recruitment process including conducting interviews and assessments
- Ensuring all new employees have a good onboarding experience
- Employer branding
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs

- Analytical and service-minded
- You are a good colleague and a team player
- Relevant bachelor or master’s degree within HRM, communication or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Experience with recruitment ranging from specialists to management-level
- Experience with assessment tools
- You are fluent in Danish and English
