Technical Purchaser with electrical competences
We are looking for a Technical Purchaser to handle our increasing volume of purchases with particular focus on technical/electrical suppliers.
You will be responsible for your own suppliers striving to find the best combination of price and quality.

We are looking for a Technical Purchaser to handle our increasing volume of purchases with particular focus on technical/electrical suppliers.
You will be responsible for your own suppliers striving to find the best combination of price and quality.
Your tasks will be:
- Drive and develop suppliers
- Drive and develop own category of suppliers/items
- Maintain data in SAP; make sure that prices, delivery times, etc. are correct.
- Maintain suppliers in SAP.
- Fulfill the needs in SAP, by sending purchase orders, receive confirmations, and follow up on deliveries.
- Focus on stock level; “just in time deliveries”, volume agreements or stock agreements with suppliers, consignment stock.
- Support to other departments with technical issues from a purchasing perspective
- Active participation in whiteboard meeting (Kaizen, morning meeting etc.) as well participating in problem solving.
- Limited travelling must be expected (10-20 days/year)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has:
- Solid experience with purchasing from an order producing company, preferable from the industry segment.
- Experience with and flair for electrical/electronic issues,
- Experience in negotiating and networking
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Language skills: fluent in written/oral English.
It is further important that your personal qualifications comprise:
- A high drive and a strong team spirit
- Good planning skills - with the ability to work under pressure and with many different tasks
