Are you ready to take the helm and drive the IT strategy for Denmark within Europcar? We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Manager to lead the charge in enhancing our IT operations and elevating our technology infrastructure to new heights.
Responsibilities:
As the IT Manager for Denmark, and with coordination with the Nordic departments, you will be responsible for developing and execute the IT strategy for Denmark, aligning it with the overall business objectives and contributing to the company's growth and success. The team you will be leading consists of two talented professionals and inspire them to achieve their full potential.
In collaboration with Group IT, you must establish and maintain strong communication with Group IT in France. Collaborate effectively to ensure seamless coordination and integration of IT activities across the Europcar Mobility Group. As part of the Europcar IT Manager Group, you participate in a collaborative network of ten IT managers from various European regions. Contribute actively to discussions, share best practices, and work together on implementing future upgrades and innovations.
Oversee and manage IT projects in your area of responsibility, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints, and drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and implement Group IT initiatives.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a multinational or mobility-related industry. A successful track record of leading teams and managing projects is essential.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with various IT systems and infrastructure. Demonstrated knowledge of IT best practices and the ability to implement future upgrades effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital for collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors from diverse backgrounds and locations.
- A natural leader who can motivate and guide the team to achieve outstanding results. Experience in nurturing talent and building a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and find innovative solutions.
- You must thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, where flexibility and adaptability are key.
