Play a major role in the digital transformation of Nilfisk

You will be based at Nilfisk’s global headquarters in Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen. Some travel must be expected. Are you able to lead big strategic projects and deliver solutions safely on our business-critical platforms?
As your first assignment you will manage the rollout of our global ERP solution (SAP) to strategic countries, a significant endeavour that will extend over several years. As our new Program Manager, you will start with the pre-project stages and kick off the actual project, which will not be "just" a technical ERP rollout, but a central pillar of our business processes, which will cover all business areas. You will get to know Nilfisk inside-out and have exposure to all levels of in the organization in your pursuit to deliver on the strategic goal - ensuring Nilfisk becomes a truly global company.
As our new Program Manager, your primary tasks will be to:
A collaborative and accountable Program Manager
We imagine that the ideal candidate has around 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an international company, and that you have a Project Management certification. Furthermore, you have great collaboration skills and stakeholder management skills, and you understand how to tailor your communication to your audience. If you have experience with rolling out global projects, that would be advantageous. Expert level experience in managing a vendor (on/offshore) as part of a project.
To succeed in this role, we expect that you have strong experience managing and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment. You need to be highly proactive, collaborative and have excellent interpersonal skills to navigate successfully in the organization with many stakeholders. You can organize and structure large projects with several teams, tracks, and a wide stakeholder environment, enabling you to orchestrate and synchronise activities going across multiple functional and technical areas.

- Lead projects in all phases from establishing requirements to implementing the solution together with our business stakeholders
- Collaborate with executive level stakeholders to align on strategy and direction for important IT programs and projects
- Facilitate and nurture strong team culture ensuring commitment, energy, and value creation across all functional areas
- Ensure a close partnership with vendors, and follow-up on performance (operationally, contractually and quality)
- Engage with Leads/Project Managers of teams sub-delivering into the main project
- Establish trust by taking responsibility in ensuring that the project delivers as a team and according agreed deadlines, cost, and quality
