About the department

Our department produces Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for women. You will be part of our technical team responsible for supporting and maintaining all technical equipment inside the walls of the building including utilities, production lines, technical equipment and BMS (Building Management System). Our team consists of 19 dedicated engineers, technicians and blacksmiths.

The position

We are looking for an equipment and IT system responsible colleague to handle the day-to-day operating support for our production facilities. Your role holds a lot of variety and different tasks within both equipment and IT.

Firstly, you will be responsible for the maintenance and trouble shooting in relation to our technical equipment. It is your responsibility that production runs smoothly, and you will be the go-to person for our operators.

Secondly, you will maintain and develop our existing IT infrastructure including firewalls and wireless networks. We have a great focus on IT compliance and therefore documentation tasks will take up a significant part of your daily assignments. You will be supporting and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the departments IT and equipment, which involves troubleshooting, user evaluations, SLA maintenance, as well as managing the role of administrator on our computer systems. Together with the team you will help to ensure that production runs optimally and that we always work according to the applicable requirements. You will also take part on authority inspections.

Qualifications

You have an educational background within Engineering, IT or similar with good knowledge about production equipment and IT systems along with great interest in quality and documentation. You probably have 5+ years’ experience in working with technical equipment in a production setting.

As a person, you are social and positive by nature. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and you like to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. You are used to collaborating and communicating across different professional areas and you have a strong quality mindset.

Good communication skills in Danish and English is a requirement.
