Become a part of our Customer Project team
Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturer of intelligent metering solutions. We experience significant demand for our products and focus on development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. Therefore, we are looking for a new Project IT Manager to join our Customer Project team in our Solution and Service Delivery Division.
With a direct reference to our Head of Delivery, you will become a part of a team of six committed colleagues. The team is responsible for the rollout of customer projects within the field of intelligent metering solutions. Therefore, you will be part of a project-oriented environment, where you will work closely with competent colleagues in areas such as implementation, IT and project management.
A job with a focus on implementing international customer projects
As part of a Customer Project team, you will be responsible for various customer projects from conclusion of contract to the final system delivery at the customer. In connection to the projects, you will be responsible for clarifying and establishing IT environments, networks, software and possible integrations. Therefore, you will take on the natural role as the connection between Kamstrup’s technology department and the customers in order to ensure high customer satisfaction.
More specific you will be responsible for:
In the job, you can expect 15-20 travel days per year.
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious Project IT Manager who has at least 3 years of experience with complex IT implementations within customer projects. You have a relevant educational background at minimum bachelor’s level in IT or Business and a professional profile which gives you the ability to manage projects with complex issues. Moreover, you have experience in working with infrastructure, servers, networks, integrations and thus have a broad knowledge and experience in this field.
As a person, you are outgoing and service-minded, as the job involves servicing and customer contact at all levels. You are an ambitious and professionally strong person who wants to make a difference why you pride yourself in taking responsibility. As a person, you work in a structured way and are motivated by a dynamic everyday life.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.

- Catalysing and aiding alignment between IT requirements and deliveries – both with customers and internally
- Solving any IT misalignments and challenges in projects
- Documenting key IT parts of projects
- Training of customers
- Working closely with 3rd parties to provide the best solution to the customer
