With reference to our Head of Core IT Services, you will become a part of our internal IT organization that enable all Kamstrup employees in their daily work. Core IT Services is responsible for all internal IT support and operations of IT infrastructure and shared platforms. In the newly establish position as Head of IT Support & Operations you will be responsible for the two teams IT Support and Core Operations, with a total of approximately 20 employees. Together with the teams and our partners you will be responsible for continuing the journey towards 24/7 global availability of services to office workers, production as well as providing infrastructure for a number of customer systems.
A job that requires you to be on top of IT processes, tools and people management skills
As our new Head of IT Support & Operations, you will play a central role in ensuring high customer satisfaction in our support and operations deliveries. You will be responsible for daily activities and coordination with key stakeholders across Kamstrup as well as improving our IT services to ensure that we support the business in the best possible way.
In addition, your primary responsibilities will be:
• People management of the teams IT Support and Core Operations
• Plan and execute continuous improvements to processes and maintenance procedures
• Contribute to infrastructure planning and road mapping in Kamstrup’s IT organisation
• Process ownership of key ITIL processes and their implementation in the ITSM system
Personality matters
We expect you to have a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to motivate and develop a team of highly skilled IT employees. You have a proven record within global support and operations, and you have the experience to implement a stable and global 24/7 support and operations set-up.
In addition, it is a requirement that you have:
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a large organization with complex operations
• Strong experience with ITIL based IT support and operations management as well as the experience to ensure the right structure, tools, processes and competences to deliver IT support and operations globally
As a person, you are ambitious and see this position as an opportunity to further accelerate your career. You are able to work in a complex organisation and navigate with many stakeholders, deadlines and timelines. You posses strong communicative skills and you act as a problem solver by providing solutions for different stakeholders as well as looking for process improvements.
It is a requirement that you master English in writing and speaking. Danish will be an advantage.
