We are looking for a IT-TECHNICIAN!
Main responsibilities:
- Configuration and parameterization of products and services in personalization systems.
- Testing and qualification of product and / or service changes in production systems.
- Production of test products for internal use and for customers.
- User support and problem solving concerning production systems and / or equipment.
- Monitoring of automated data processing and customer data reception
- Some specially agreed control and maintenance tasks in production systems.
- User support in production systems changes including writing user instructions and training users.
- Customer data transfer control
- Operations IT Technician operates as a key actor and specialist in one (or more) of the production domains of work scope described below. Additionally, he/she also acts as a secondary specialist (backup) on other domains, to his/her peers in the technical team.
- In some cases, Operations IT Technician plays a direct role in the production process.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in technical area
- Good IT skills in Windows environments
- Good/Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
