Do you want to play a key role in developing and improving the IT system processes in Novo Nordisk? Are you curious, eager to learn with a strong sense of quality and experience in providing support for IT production systems? Then you could be our new IT Coordinator in Biopharm.
About the department
You will be joining a highly qualified technical support team of 11 employees from varied backgrounds such as engineers, marine engineers, mechanics and technicians. Our department mainly provides technical support to the IT production systems on our assembly & packaging lines, network configuration, firewall configuration, PLCs, database support and/or server Maintenance along with handling various other IT and facility projects. You can expect to join a department where no days are alike and where you have a lot of variety in your tasks. You will interact with many different stakeholders and be in dialog with operators, technicians, IT and process supporters. Biopharm hGH Packaging is located in Værløse.
The position
As our new IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support as well as ensuring optimization and problem solving for the production lines. Also, you will be running and coordinating various IT tasks, communicating relevant information to stakeholders and driving as well as implementing ongoing improvements and LEAN activities in the department. One of your most important tasks is to make sure that our IT production systems is compliant and always lives up to current rules and regulations. Furthermore, you will be maintaining our local setup, including structure and roles, UserAR2 for the department and handle cross-cutting needs for IT & Automation. Also, you will be involved in driving processes and you will be a key contributor to the department's master plan for IT & Automation activities.
You will ensure the maintenance and operation of the IT Infrastructure, including collaboration agreements, facilitate the Security Patching process and maintain an overview of IT compliance requirements along with assisting in audits and inspections.
Qualifications
You may hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Computer Science or Engineering. Or you may have a technical background combined with solid hands-on experience in IT production systems. We expect a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems, preferably in production within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with PAS X, SAP and configuration of servers is an advantage.
As a person, you are structured, have a strong analytical and quality mind-set and are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all levels in an organization. You are curious and eager to learn and develop new solutions. Furthermore, it is requirement to have good written and spoken proficiency in Danish and English.
