MHI Vestas Offshore Wind (MVOW) is looking for a new IT Security Solution Architect to join our IT department at our headquarters in Aarhus, where you will work in a dynamic environment with competent and dedicated colleagues.
Tasks & responsibilities
We run a hybrid solution build on office365, Azure and on-premise infrastructure, and will make decisions according to the most optimal solution in each specific case.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Design, implement and maintain Security and Compliance solutions for Office 365, Azure and on-premise infrastructure. Support the business by ensuring that IT solutions are compliant with legislative requirements as well as handling Threat Management Develop and maintain appropriate documentation Keeping up to date with Microsoft back office products including Office 365 elements Participate in future architectural designs, implementations, and operations Third level support on Microsoft IT solutions Ensure supportive and healthy collaboration with peers throughout the organisation Ensure compliance with the security standards such as EIC 62443, NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001 Participate in handling alarms and alerts to stay in front of attackers and prevent cyber incidents Participate in Security Risk Response Team Participate in on-call duty
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has several years of practical experience working with hybrid solution (Office365, Azure and on-premise infrastructure), and a strong understanding of operational theories, principles and best practices. You also have experience with Office 365 Security and Compliance, eDiscovery, and Threat Management. You should have a good understanding of the project work methodology related to IT projects in larger organisation, and if you have experience with Exchange Online, this would be an advantage.
As a person, you are proactive and self-driven, and you have strong personal impact towards stakeholders. Since you will be working with and consulting your colleagues from various departments, it is important that you are extrovert and have strong communication skills. You are willing and able to take tough discussions with business stakeholders and form a consensus for solutions which are achievable with standard functionality.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or similar Can secure MHI Vestas in collaboration with multiple stakeholders by working across technologies such as network, servers, cloud and SCADA Are reliable, service-minded and result-oriented Can act in a cross-cultural, global and very dynamic environment Assist in raising the security level in our small dedicated IT-Security team Are analytical, structured and diligent in documenting important information
