You will join our IT Security department
As our new Cyber and Information Security Governance Specialist you will be part of the team heading up our global cyber and information security programme. Your key role will be to manage programme reporting to senior management boards and committees. You will also lead global cyber and information security awareness and implementation initiatives. You will be based in Copenhagen and report to Head of IT Security.

You will join our IT Security department

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Managing Cyber and Information Security programme reporting to boards and committees
- Leading cyber security risk reporting and management activities
- Development and management of KRI, KPI and metrics reporting and presentations
- Initiating and leading global cyber security training and awareness initiatives
- Managing communication regarding security services to our business projects
- Participating in projects that build out Ramboll’s cyber and information security framework
- Driving global cyber and information security certification activities
- Leading by example, i.e. always act as a role model and promote ethical, compliant and secure behaviour for your colleagues
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Master’s Degree in in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior cyber or information security governance role
- Minimum 3 year of experience with managing material creation and reporting to executive and non-executive boards and committees
- Experience with managing internal and external communication including social media
- Solid understanding of cyber and information security and IT compliance
- Experience with risk management and reporting
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a complex multicultural matrix organisation
- Excellent oral and written English skills. Danish skills are an advantage
- Professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP)
