What you will do
- Become an expert on eOne products
- Respond to telephone, email communications and tech support tickets from our technology partners and customers
- Update the eOne support system in our CRM, the eOne knowledge base, and other eOne systems as required.
- Work closely across departments to provide the best customer experience
- Collaborate closely with the EMEA Sales team and US Support and Product Management teams
What you have
- A technical degree at the University level
- Passion to work in the High-Tech industry
- Eager to learn and enjoy an ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Ambition and willingness to go the extra mile
- Available immediately or within a reasonable time period
- Experience with more than one of the following Business Applications: Microsoft Dynamics ERP (GP, NAV, Business Central, AX/D365 F&FSCM), Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, NetSuite, Xero or Zendesk
- Technical Troubleshooting skills
- JavaScript/.NET programming skills
- SQL server and data management
- Data Integration experience with online/cloud applications
- Accounting knowledge
- Fluency in English, multi-lingual a plus
- A valid EU work permit or ability to qualify for one
